Thin, loud material

What is this material? It says woven but feels like a windbreaker. Not what I was expecting at all. I ordered a Nike Tech jacket for my other son last year and it’s a nice thicker material. This is thin and loud! Will be returning. Disappointing gift.

The pants were too big so I had to go through the frustration of exchanging the pants
