Worst shoe I’ve ever worn. If you do a lot of walking etc these shoes will be miserable to walk it. Not about breaking the shoe in, it’s design is just terrible.

Bad new design
I have been wearing Metcons for a year and I don't like the new design. I liked it better when there was no tongue and it was all one piece. The new design is digging into my feet on the top and I don't feel they are as secure when working out.

Major Drop In Quality
Rigid sole. Subpar craftsmanship. Simply uncomfortable. I use them for lifting and minor cardio. I am going to try to find version 5 again, which would be my fourth.

i bought these tdy for volleyball not knowing they arent for volleyball. they have nice grip and are very comforable! i wish they had more grip! multi-use!!

You will regret buying the 7s lol The squeak was insufferable and only got worse. Also runs small. I’m normally a 7 but had to get an 8
