Nike Free technology combines stable foam in the heel with a softer, more flexible foam in the forefoot. It works with flex grooves on the outsole to deliver the flexibility dynamic workouts demand.
Midfoot containment
To help hold your foot in place as you move, we paired a webbed lacing system with an inner sleeve. Together, they provide added containment for a secure and snug fit.
Breathable upper
Lightweight mesh up top helps keep the shoe breathable and comfortable, no matter how much your workouts heat up.

They fit perfectly. I love the aesthetic of these shoes. I have the 7’s which is my go to sneakers for training. I’m a 9.5 in these shoes as well. Definitely happy with the shoe and they are definitely may fav v of the Metcons!
