I have a few pair in my regular size large. I suppose I could go down to a medium, but I like the relaxed fit and the waist fits perfect. I wear these to work, and to the gym. I give them an A+ for versatility.

Just fantastic trousers that are both comfortable for doing exercise if you want and elegant if you go to more formal event and put also an elegant blouse on. I love the fabric, it is breathable, VERY elastic, and at the same time smooth and neat looking. There is no way this piece would be uncomfortable.
