Did a plyometric session in these and they were great. Very cushioned and the carbon plate in the shoe gives good feedback. Kept my foot stable and secured. Bounding felt great in these. I have not competed in them yet, so we will see. I'm usually a size 10.5 but ordered an 11 because they do run small. The 11 was fine for me so I wouldn't worry about ordering a size up.

Best triple jump spikes but only for training purposes. You are not allowed to use this in competitions anymore. There is coming third version of this shoe that is allowed to use in competitions.
