Super good for running the 100-400! But definitely not jumping shoes. I recommend something else for jumping especially triple jump.

dont buy for support, but perfect for mulitple events!
I bought these shoes last year for my track season. i run every event except for 100, 200, 3000, and hurdles and so far they're my favourite. they are very lightweight perfect for sprinting especially at that 800 finish, but they do not offer much support so I would not recommend if u have sensitive knees/ankes/shins.
