What is Nike's returns policy?

Nike.com and Nike App purchases can be returned within 30 days (some exceptions apply). To be eligible to return, items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with complete accessories, and the original packaging and tags must also be intact and in their original condition. This policy includes custom Nike By You sneakers.

Please note that Nike x LEGO® brick sets must be sealed and unopened to return them.

Can I exchange a Nike order?

The best way to exchange an order is to simply place a new order for the item you want and return the item you already have.

Can I return items after 30 days?

No, we don't accept returns beyond 30 days.

How do I return a defective or flawed product?

If your item is potentially defective or faulty, and it's been less than 30 days since your Nike purchase, simply return the item. If it's been more than 30 days since your purchase, please call us to return the item.

If you have a Nike x LEGO brick set with missing or damaged parts, you can request replacement pieces directly from the LEGO website.

What is the Nike Factory Store returns policy?

You can return most Nike Factory Store purchases within 30 days of purchase, as long as the items are unworn and unwashed with the original packaging and tags (some exceptions apply). Just take your items and proof of purchase back to a Nike Factory Store in the same country where you made the original purchase.

When you check out at a Nike Factory Store, be sure to have your Member Pass scanned (you can find it on your profile tab in the Nike App). Scanning your Member Pass means you can view the Nike Factory Store purchase on your orders tab in the Nike App and use it for easy receiptless returns at Nike Factory Stores in the same country where you made the original purchase.

Please note, items noted as non-returnable cannot be returned, and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

For all other Nike stores, purchases must be returned to the original purchase location. Please note that our store returns policies may differ from our online returns policies. Be sure to ask the store if you have questions about their policies.

Do I need a receipt to return items at a Nike Factory Store?

For Nike Factory Store purchases, the quickest and easiest way to return items is to provide the original store receipt or your digital order receipt within the Nike App (just open the store purchase from your orders tab).

If you don't have a receipt, you may still be able to return for an in-store credit for the current price of the items. We also may be able to help you with an exchange.

If you are returning items with a gift receipt, we'll provide you in-store credit for the amount of the gift receipt. We can also help you exchange your gift.
