Comfortable Shoe.
Honest review. Pros are: the flexibility in the toe area of the soul is fantastic. Comfortable.
Cons are: it doesn’t feel very strong, feels more like a running shoe than a gym shoe feels too light.

Cool and comfy
This is a very comfortable shoe. These shoes are super versatile, I wear them as a casual everyday shoe but also when I occasionally lift weights this is my go to shoe. The flat sole makes you feel very grounded and stable. I also love the variety of details and texture on the all black color way, such a cool looking shoe.

Airy and stretchy
I feel that the shoes run true to size. They’re very comfortable and airy. It’s like you’re walking on air or a cloud pillow like they’re very comfortable to walk around and either go to the gym or if you’re out in the city doing errands.

Solid Trainers
These are good shoes for running or training. They fit true to size, have a thick sole, and a breathable mesh upper. I haven’t quite broken them in yet and the shoes are a little stiff, but I feel like they’ll get more comfortable with time. nice shoe, odd color
these shoes work well for weight lifting. they have a nice fit on the heel where i don't slip at all, they are snug in the midfoot, and there is room in the toe box. They work well for leg day and upper body day. The major downside with these shoes is the color way - it gives server shoes. Black on black is not a great look.

The Nike Free Metcon 7 are very durable, comfortable and easy to wear. They are soft to touch and can be worn in all weather. The design is aligned to the Nike brand and is designed for easy use and easy handling. The fabric is designed to be breathable and lightweight. I would not change anything about the design, the sneaker is made perfectly.

This new pair of Free Metcon 7s have a classic design and wider toe box than typical Nike training shoes. Hard/Flat
Definitely not as comfortable as the previous Metcon series. They’re very hard and flat. The previous Metcons I was able to walk around and workout in them.

What happened to Metcon?
These felt plastic and cheap. Less mobility than a normal Metcon. Nike missed with these.
