Nike Alphafly 3 Blueprint

RM 1,209

Air Zoom units, light foam and a carbon plate power your speed.

Fine-tuned for marathon speed, the Alphafly 3 helps push you beyond what you thought possible. Three innovative technologies power your run: engineered to the exact specifications of championship athletes, a double dose of Air Zoom units helps launch you into your next step; a full-length carbon-fibre plate helps propel you forwards with ease; and a heel-to-toe ZoomX foam midsole helps keep you fresh from start to 26.2. Time to leave your old personal records in the dust.

Innovation is our inspiration

Bill Bowerman, Nike's original innovator, put our blueprint in place. He inspired the Blueprint collection design details, like the speckled Swoosh logo and sketches of feet on the insole.

Energy return for your marathon

Two forefoot Air Zoom units combine with ZoomX foam to store and return the energy back to you, powering every step.

Propulsive feeling

A full-length carbon-fibre plate delivers a propulsive sensation that helps you smoothly transition through every stride and tackle turns with confidence.

Cushioned ride

Fully connected ZoomX foam creates an ultralight and cushioned feel, helping you stay fresh and comfortable from mile 1 to 26.2.

What's new?

  • Slightly wider carbon-fibre plate for increased stability
  • ZoomX foam midsole for smoother transitions
  • AtomKnit upper for improved containment and breathability

  • Comfortable and a good ride, but falls apart

    Heather0de22de5fbe944ccaaf1fdafe479a38e - 23 Nov 2025

This shoe runs great, but started falling apart after only about 20 miles (see picture) that was 20 miles on the road. I’m not sure that I would buy another pair.

  • Great Shoe / Poor Manufacturing

    JamesS223451825 - 20 Nov 2025

I bought these at the start of the year explicitly for races. 7 wears in (approx. 115k) and the heal grips started to peel off and a crack appeared in the sole beneath the forefoot. Unsure as to whether this was a fault with this specific pair but very disappointing given the price point. I actually really love them and the ride is great but I wouldn't buy another pair purely for the way they've been manufactured. Nike were very helpful and provided a full refund. VF4 + Vomero + for the same price!

  • Great shoe not the most durable

    DonavonH404753988 - 18 Nov 2025

Great performance shoe, fit true to size, super lightweight and a tad bit noisy in my experiences. On my 3rd pair and they last about 100 miles before the bottom of the sole start to detach from wear. Great shoes just bought another pair.
