Where Is My Nike Order?

As a Nike Member, you can sign in and head to your order history to easily check the status of all your orders. You can also check your order status at any time in the Nike App.

Once your order has been dispatched, you can track your order and see which courier is delivering your packages. Here's how:

  1. Go to your orders page.
  2. On Nike.com, tap the "View or Manage" button for the specific item you want to track. If you're using the Nike App, you can just tap on the specific item you want to track.
  3. Tap the "Track Delivery" button to see the estimated delivery date and the tracking number.

If you shopped as a guest, you can also access order status information at Nike.com/orders—just have your order number and email address ready. And be sure to join us as a Nike Member to track future orders more easily.

Bear in mind, if you ordered multiple items, you may receive multiple deliveries. For each delivery, we'll send you a delivery confirmation email with a link to track the delivery.

Where do I find my estimated delivery date?

You'll see an estimated order delivery date during checkout, in your order confirmation email and when you track your order after it's been dispatched. Because this date is an estimate, your order could be delivered shortly before or shortly after this date.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

No, our team moves quickly to process and deliver your order as soon as possible, and that means we cannot change your order or your delivery address. If it's been less than 30 minutes since you placed your order, you can cancel it and place a new order with the correct address.

Where do I find my tracking number?

When your order is dispatched, we'll send you an email with a link to track your order (note: this is a separate email from your original order confirmation). Use the link to access your delivery status, tracking number and courier. You can also use the steps above to track your order and access your tracking number.

Why hasn't my tracking information updated?

Don't worry if your tracking information doesn't immediately populate—the carrier sometimes takes up to 48 hours to activate the tracking information. Please check back, the tracking information should update soon.

Why is my order delayed?

We do our absolute best to deliver your order on time, but high order volume sometimes slows us down. After an order is dispatched, your package could also be delayed by delivery issues such as severe weather, an incomplete delivery address or regional service delays.

Why was only part of my order delivered?

If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We'll send you a delivery confirmation email for each delivery, so you'll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.

What should I do if my order is marked as delivered but I didn't receive it?

Sometimes carrier-tracking information updates prematurely and your package could be delivered within 24 hours. If it's still before your estimated delivery date, please be patient, your package is on the way.
