You've just downloaded the Nike Run Club App and want to go get some miles. Before you head out the door, there are two quick things to do:
Now it's time to get running. In the Run tab, you can go on a basic run, set distance or time targets, or pick up the pace with a speed run.
We even have something for you when your motivation is low. Our Guided Runs provide expert guidance from top Nike coaches and athletes, and the occasional special guest.
