Nice shoes and feel stable. However, they run very large. I sized down and they’re still so wide that they slip off my foot. I don’t have particularly narrow feet either.

The more flexibility you have in the midsole and outsole, the more you can move naturally. We laser-siped the outsole for better flexibility, whether you're jumping, planking or powering through plyometrics. We also rounded the big-toe side of the forefoot for better agility and quickness when making sudden movements.
Stability: high
The more supportive the shoe, the more stability it can give to your stance. A combination of tuned support and intentionally placed cushioning helps you feel secure with every step. We added more foam in the heel for improved stability when digging deep for another rep.

My absolute favourite shoe! Perfect all rounder for the gym whatever your work out entails with fantastic stability and mobility. The free metcons are so comfortable I now wear them as everyday shoes. With so many new colour ways coming out on a regular basis, my collection continues to grow!
