You can return Nike App and Nike.com orders that are unworn and unwashed and still have their product tags attached within 30 days.*
Nike Members and guests can return Nike orders, as long as items are unworn and unwashed and still have their product tags attached, at eligible Nike stores. Just find a Nike store that accepts returns in the same country where you made the original purchase, bring us your item(s) and the original form of payment, and have either your order barcode or order number ready. You can find your order barcode at nike.com/orders.
Please note, Nike Clearance stores do not accept returns for Nike.com or Nike App orders, and Nike By You orders cannot be returned at Nike stores.
1. Sign in to your Member profile and go to your order history, select "View or Manage" for the order you're returning, then select "Start Return". If you purchased as a guest, you'll need to access your order using your order number and email address.

4. Pack your items for return delivery and remove or cover any previous labels and barcodes to avoid delays.
5. Send it back. Drop off your return package with the courier you selected and keep your delivery confirmation.
Additional return information
When we receive your return, we'll inspect it to make sure the items meet the return conditions in our Terms of Sale and returns policy. If the returned items are extensively worn, damaged, not resaleable, beyond the return time frame, etc., we won't be able to proceed with our standard refund process. In such cases, Nike reserves the right to claim compensation and/or send the product back to you.
Please note, if you made your purchase at another retailer, you must return the purchase to that retailer.
We've gone paperless and removed all paperwork from our deliveries to help reduce paper waste. If you need a receipt for your purchase, your payment details can be found on your orders page on Nike.com or in the Nike App.
Nike Members and guests can opt to get a scannable return code. You can show the code to the carrier and they'll print a delivery label for you. If you already created a return, access your scannable code any time on your return details page.

Refunds for returns are issued to the original payment method but can be refunded to a gift card instead if requested by the person who placed the order. Please work with the gift giver if you need to return any items.
Returning your Nike store purchase is easy. Take your items that are unworn and unwashed and still have their product tags attached back to the original purchase location with your proof of purchase (some exceptions apply). If you are unable to return the items at the same store, please contact us to discuss your options.
You can return defective or faulty products with a valid proof of purchase within two years of the online or in-store purchase date. If you have a potentially defective or faulty item, and it's within 30 days of your purchase, just choose a return option above. After 30 days, you'll need to contact us to start the returns process.
In addition, some Nike products have specific written guarantees and/or warranties—please check the label, hang tag or warranty card for details and return information.
Please note, if you choose to return an item back to a Nike store after 30 days, you'll need to bring your proof of purchase and your original payment method, and the item will be subject to an inspection process to determine if it's defective or faulty. Please contact us rather than visit a store.
