The care instructions aren't any different to washing your usual workout clothes. Machine wash them with like colours, remove immediately and do not allow them to lay on themselves while wet. Tumble dry low and use a cool iron as needed. No need for dry cleaning, softeners or bleach.

How This Was Made
- The recycled polyester used in Nike products begins as recycled plastic bottles, which are cleaned, shredded into flakes and converted into pellets. From there, the pellets are spun into new, high-quality yarn used in our products, delivering peak performance with a lower impact on the environment.
- In addition to reducing waste, recycled polyester produces up to 30% lower carbon emissions than virgin polyester. Nike diverts an average of 1 billion plastic bottles annually from landfill and waterways.

Au top ! J’ai commencé par une craignant le peu d’épaisseur d’absorption. Et bien mesdames ne vous inquiétez plus, elles sont justes géniales. Tient toute la journée malgré mes flux abondants. Je peux faire du sport avec. N’a aucune démarcation sur les vêtements. Je fais une taille 40 et j’ai pris la taille L en premier lieu. Elle va bien « mais / et » ne serre pas. J’ai tenté le 38 ça me va aussi, serre un peu plus mais sans gêner pour autant. Là c’est une question de ressentis Pour info j’en ai essayé pleins de pas mal de marques connues dans ce domaine

I am usually M so i bought the M side in beige and black color. But it’s way too large so i cannot wear neither black or beige color.
