They come up pretty small. I’m a size 14 and bought a large. Which is just right.they don’t fall down when running. The pocket Is big enough for my iphone too

These have a tight fit. I am 5'6" 135lb with an average hip size. Usually wear size small bottoms. These are difficult to get up but once they are on they are snug and comfy. I would have sized up to M, but not in stock and I still like these

Gorgeous shorts, the colour is fab. You may want to think about sizing up as these were a real struggle to get on.
