Verdens andenmest veltrænede mand, Noah Ohlsen ved at succesfuld træning altid starter i køkkenet. Men efter at have været bundet til sit hjem i otte måneder, er CrossFit-fænomenet ved at løbe tør for inspiration til madlavningen. Det er her, den Brooklyn-baserede mesterkok Kia Damon kommer ind i billedet med en plan om at ruske op i hans udvalg. Trin et: Send i smug en sms til Noahs mor for at finde ud af hans yndlingsret fra barndommen. Trin to: Remix den opskrift, så den passer til hans træningsmål. Og trin tre? Se episoden ovenfor, tjek opskriften ud nedenfor og ellers god fornøjelse i køkkenet.  ## Ingredienser til fire portioner - 4 x 4 oz. laksefilet - ½ cup olivenolie, delt op (om nødvendigt mere) - Salt - Friskkværnet peberl - Paprika - 4 cup kyllingefond med lavt indhold af natrium - 2 cup emmer - 2 cup basilikumblade - ½ cup pinjekerner - 2 spsk. spirulina - 2 fed hvidløg - 1 cup revet parmesan - ½ cup fed græsk yoghurt - 1 citron, presset - 1 tsk. friskskåret dild ## Redskaber - Skærebræt - Stor kniv - Bradepande - Spatel - Stor skål - Mellem gryde - Stor ske - Blender 1/3  2/3  3/3  ## Fremgangsmåde Forvarm ovnen til 375 grader. På et skærebræt skal du bruge en stor, skarp kniv til at fjerne skindet fra laksen. Dup skindet tørt. Drys med 1 spiseskefuld olivenolie. Læg skindet på en bageplade med bagepapir og grill det i 10 minutter eller indtil det er sprødt. Fjern fra ovnen og lad det køle af. (Det er godbidder til dine dyrevenner.) Skru ovnen ned på 300 grader. I en stor skål blandes 3 cup. vand med 3 spsk. salt. Anbring laksen i skålen og lad den ligge i blød i 15 minutter. Fjern laksen, dup den tør og dryp med 2 spsk. olivenolie. Krydr begge sider af fisken med salt, peber og paprika.
