Jordan Hydrip

These slides are perfect for my swimmer son. He wears them every morning to go train. Anything Jordan is a hit in our house. These are obviously a super loud color but the kids love that these days. Also, to and from the pool he gets compliments all the time. I will say, they are pretty rigid in structure so they rubbed against his toes at first. They also aren’t super squishy soles so if you like the Nike slide that feels like a cloud, these are not for you. Overall, I’d recommend these for a kid who is an active athlete, maybe in and out of cleats each day or needs a quick slide for the pool.

The Jordan Hydrip Slides are true to size and they fit well. I really like the feel of them, they are very cushiony yet supportive. One thing that I enjoy about them is that they have a relatively thick sole and the rubber is very soft. The thing that I like the most about the slides is the high quality materials that they are made out of and how comfortable they are to wear for long periods of time. The one thing that I would change about the Jordan Hydrip Slides is to make the band across the foot adjustable. The slides are a little loose on me and as a result they are not as easy to walk in as I would have hoped they would be. Regardless they are great for walking around the house and outside doing chores.

These slides are a hit with my boys. In fact, little brother keeps snagging them even though they’re still too big! They love the way they look. I’ll admit that the orange color flecked with the yellow specks is appealing and draws attention. The slides are also convenient to wear to the gym or the pool since they slip on and off so easily. They’re lightweight, too, which is another plus. As for fit, I’d say they fit true to size. My boys have average feet in terms of width and thickness, and these slides fit comfortably either with socks or with bare feet. Also, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the boys could wear them outside even when it’s a bit icy. We live in Alaska so it’s important that shoes have traction. These are quite stable on slippery surfaces. My kids will probably wear them all winter! As far as durability is concerned, they seem well-constructed and I anticipate that they will last for a long time. Will update if that changes!
