First I had to say that the fabric in this is AMAZING!! It is so soft and keeps you fresh but also warm on chilly morning. It washed great as well. Worn it several times for various different activities and it holds up so well. Since this is more of a looser fit, I would definitely size down. Large is the norm but medium would’ve been perfect. The fit is a little boxy, so keep that in mind.

The fabric was light and very soft and comfortable. Even though it is a sweatshirt, it could be worn working out or other activities and not fully heavy or like you were getting overheated. However, the fit and cut leave something to be desired. It was much baggier and longer than I expected, which wouldn't be as much of an issue for casual wear. For a performance item, the fit would make it difficult to be overly active in it.
