        Best spikes ever. Cant wait till this years xc spikes come out. Buying as soon as they are out. They are extremely comfortable and durable.

        A very pleasant spike for both the track and on cross country courses, a bit heavier than the track dragonflies but made for the extra wear and tear of cross country, would make a good steeplechase spike.

        Love the fit and comfort of the shoe. I haven't previously used these unique spikes so was intrigued. They are superb. Ran in a major Cross country event last weekend and they held firm in the soft, wet, muddy ground and I felt confident running up and down hills. The size was perfect.
