This is the best and warmest beanies in the market. Best option for an easy run in the winder under 20F. I felt the winter was going away when wear it at a temperature of 12F. When you running an easy run , you can wear it in the whole time. When you are in a race, it might be too hot but it will keep you warm after the race or when you lost temperature control during the race. I will recommend keep this beanie in the pick up bag when in a race.
