Nike Run Flow

Absolutely love these trainers they are the most comfortable footwear I’ve had in a long time! Fabric is super soft it’s like wearing slippers however not sure how well they would do if you get caught in the rain! The toggle laces are great & they are super easy to get on/off. The size runs a tad small compared to other Nike trainers. My daughter has been trying to steal them since she tried them on. Well done Nike comfort is truly 5*

These trainers fit great and felt comfortable, the design was cool daughter loved the toggle lace effect rather than the tying of laces so great design on that one. Fabric felt nice weren’t the greatest to get stains from though. She loved the No laces as I’m always telling her off for not tying them so this was an amazing feature. She loved them.

The Nike run flow GS are really comfy and well fitting trainers. The laceless style makes them easy to wear and get on and off which is a real plus point! They feel comfy when running in them and the toggle feels secure. After wearing them for several weeks, the trainers feel like they’ve moulded to my feet. The look of the trainers is really nice, and the tabs on the heel and tongue are very handy to get them on and off and tighten them. I also really like the plastic edging between the sole and fabric upper, as this prevents your feet from getting wet in a downpour. The detailing on the trainers is smart and they look even better on than they do off! A little more of another colour would be a nice addition too, but the pink shades are great for girls trainers. The only part of the trainer that I’m not keen on is that they can feel a bit flat when walking for long periods of time, even though the sole doesn’t look flat at all. The best feature for me on these trainers is the toggle to tighten and loosen them, it’s rare to find trainers in this style and when needing to get them on and off quickly it’s so handy!!!! I’m a keen runner and take part in multiple athletics events, so I’m often getting in and out of kit and it’s a real plus point to have trainers that I can get on and off speedily. The only improvement would be a slightly more raised insole as they can feel a little flat over long periods, but this wouldn’t stop me from buying them. I’d also like to see them in different colours too!
