Squeaky sole/tread. Super annoying to walk in.

Disappointed in these shoes. I’m normally a loyal Nike Pegasus owner, but thought I’d try these out. It fits fine, however one shoe squeaks every time I walk or run. I’ve checked for stones, water etc but can’t get my head around it. It is super annoying, I’m regretting the switch from Pegasus. Could be the rubber on the sole??!

Buying online was really easy and quick, fast shipping. The Nike quest are pretty, nicely done but unfortunately the shoes were not the best choice for me, they are narrow but there is not option for wide sizes.
