Flex and move
The more flexibility that you have in the midsole and outsole, the more you can move naturally. We shaped the Zoom Air unit like a horseshoe for added flexibility while the traction pattern on the outsole helps you go after whatever's on your workout agenda.
Stability for your workout
The more supportive the shoe, the more stability it can give to your stance. A combination of tuned support and intentionally placed cushioning helps you feel secure with every step. The tough, moulded wrap around the shoe helps keep your heel supported and secure. The low height of the Zoom Air unit helps keep you closer to the ground while its flex groove helps reinforce and strengthen lateral stability.
Cushioning for your workout
The more cushioning that you have underfoot, the more comfortable your workout can be. Cushioning helps soften the impact as your feet hit the ground. The Zoom Air unit gives you plenty of responsive snap and pop when it's time to move. It is combined with a foam midsole to give you cushioning for your workout.
Soft to the touch
Chenille fabric in the upper is blanket soft to the touch, yet it's breathable and reliable when you're in the last part of an intense workout.

How This Was Made

I bought these for zumba and gym activities in the sale. I have a wide foot and they are the most comfortable trainers I've ever had and give excellent support.

Writing this review to implore Nike to please restock this exact shoe/model in the colors you had 2H 2024! This is literally the only walking/jogging shoe I’ve been able to wear in the last ~4 years that doesn’t cause me hip/knee pain - or flair my plantar fasciitis issues (I’m 35). I’ve tried countless styles from both Nike and other well known brands, and this shoe is excellent: it doesn’t have that rocker style sole (which isn’t for me), has a high amount of cushioning and stability - but not too soft of foam and not too bouncy (both of those things contribute the pain I can get). PLEASE bring this back in stock!!! :)
