Carbon plate BUT no propulsion

I bought these because I saw the carbon plate but the performance is nowhere near the alphafly. These are cushy but no forward roll as one would expect from a carbon plated shoe. It's still a nice shoe for the price

Good shoe but doesn’t last. Had it for about a year, low mileage; just discovered that the sole has detached from the body.
