Nike Astrograbber Textile

These shoes are cute enough to wear from the field to Friday night. The sleek design and waffle like texture is breathable yet durable. The astrograbber has coated laces and leather like material at the eyelets. The textured bottom allows spring or a pep in your step while still supporting each stride. Off white outsole with a white Nike check mark keeps this shoe sleek. I’m a 6.5 in Kids and a 8 in woman’s and this was a perfect fit not to snug with or without socks.

I love the aesthetics of this shoe; the style is classic yet simplistically modern. The black and white colorway is incredibly versatile and easy to pair with jeans or shorts. If you’re a traveler, you'll appreciate that they pack down quite small. However, I am having a difficult time breaking them in. As someone with sensitive ankles, the material feels a bit too rigid and rough for long-term comfort right out of the box.

I’ve been really impressed with the Nike Astrograbber Textile sneakers so far. They were comfortable immediately and didn’t need any breaking in at all. I have wide feet, so finding shoes that truly feel good can sometimes be a challenge, but these fit true to size and felt great from the start. The bottom of the shoe has a nice grip and the cushioning gives a slightly bouncy feel when walking. At the same time, they still feel supportive and firm enough that your feet stay stable throughout the day. I like how breathable the material is as well. It’s well made and I know the shoes won’t lose their shape. Another thing I really like is how versatile they are. I’ve worn them for walking, running errands, shopping, lounging, and even with a slightly more dressed up outfit for an important meeting. They’re one of those sneakers that can easily go from casual to a little more polished without looking out of place. Honestly these shoes can replace my heels! :-) I can wear them with anything! The retro design is what caught my attention in the first place, and it really elevates my overall look. The vintage style adds a clean, classic touch that makes even a simple outfit feel a little more put together. I like that they stand out in a subtle way without being overly flashy. Whether I’m wearing something sporty, relaxed, or slightly dressy, they add that timeless retro vibe that pulls the whole look together. Honestly, I’d love to have every color for my wardrobe! They’re comfortable, supportive, stylish, and especially great if you have wider feet. A very comfortable right out of the box shoe!
