        Great alternative to the Metcon 4. Flexible, breathable, supportive and takes my workout from the stairmaster to Cardio. I prefer Metcon 9 for lifting weights because they have a hard bottom. I'm a Nike girl

        Perfect for cross training and weight lifting. Very flexible. These have helped eliminate a lot of my plantar fasciitis pain. I had to exchange for a half size up, though.
