Lengthwise, these shoes are true to size. However, the opening of the shoe is stiff, tight, and way too small. The laces are sewn in elastics and so the shoe can't be loosened whatsoever. I bought a size 8C for a family friend but when they arrived they looked comical. Nervous about the sizing, I had my daughter (7C) try them on and neither of us were able to even get her narrow foot more than halfway inside the opening. They're so narrow, they don't even look like the pictures.

Shoes are too narrow, I purchased 4 pair at the same time ( 1st mistake).

These are so cute and I wanted them to work so bad, but they’re just too narrow for a fat baby foot. My baby wears a 1c but we sized up to a 2c and still couldn’t get them on. The laces don’t actually untie or loosen so I think that’s the problem. We’ll stick with the easy on AF1s.
