These Nike Stride shorts seriously impressed me. I’ve been on the hunt for running shorts that actually feel good on longer runs, and these check every box. Super lightweight, super breathable, and—most importantly for me—NO CHAFING. As someone who’s struggled with that in the past, this is a game-changer. They feel smooth, the liner is comfortable (not tight or scratchy), and the fit is just right—even in XXL. I also love that there’s a zip pocket in the back for my phone, and it doesn’t bounce around. I have an iPhone 14 and it fits in there comfortably, no problem. Honestly, the shorts kind of disappear once you start running, which is exactly what I want from a good pair of shorts. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something comfortable, functional, and actually built for runners.

They’re okay. Lightweight and breathable. The quality isn’t that great. It’s great if you can get them for around $30. I wish they made a version without the brief liner. I always cut mine out. Also would like more room in the the thighs. I get runners are typically scrawny but some runners have muscular legs.
