I purchased my first pair of metcon when I was diagnosed with neuropathy. Doctor advised low shoes and make sure your feet are comfortable. They are great for walking toe area is wide enough. I have purchased 8 pairs. Thank Nike! 🥰 also, sale price is always good.

Comfortable Trainers!!

I ordered a women’s black sz 7 and they rubbed the side of my foot. I felt if I kept them they would irritate my feet. I exchanged them for a 7.5 in the purply rainbow color way and they fit perfectly. I tried some deadlifts and sumo squats in these babies and I absolutely love how comfy they are. Nike shoes (except dunks) fit TTS, so half size up if you’re between sizes. I love the arch support and padding in the heel.
