I was really excited when I first bought these shoes they looked sleek, had a design I truly loved, and performed impressively on my first hike. The grip of the sole was excellent, even on wet rocks during the rain, and my feet stayed completely dry the entire hike, which was a big plus. However, the disappointment came the very next day when I noticed the front material of the shoes already starting to chip off as I was about to clean them. For a brand like Nike, I had expected better durability, especially after just one use. I submitted a complaint, hoping it was just a rare defect and that I could get a replacement. Unfortunately, Nike only processed a refund instead of offering a replacement, which left me feeling a bit let down since I actually liked the shoes and wanted to continue using them. Overall, great design, comfort, and performance but very poor durability on the pair I received, and customer service didn’t quite meet my expectations.
