How This Was Made
- The recycled polyester used in Nike products begins as recycled plastic bottles, which are cleaned, shredded into flakes and converted into pellets. From there, the pellets are spun into new, high-quality yarn used in our products, delivering peak performance with a lower impact on the environment.
- In addition to reducing waste, recycled polyester produces up to 30% lower carbon emissions than virgin polyester. Nike diverts an average of 1 billion plastic bottles annually from landfill and waterways.

I’ve been wearing the Nike Universa Women’s Medium-Support Padded Sports Bra for a few weeks now and I’m really impressed. This sports bra was super comfy and moved really well during workouts and different movements. It gave great support without feeling too tight or restrictive. The material feels soft, breathable, and stayed comfortable even during intense workouts. Definitely one of those sports bras you forget you’re even wearing. The sculpted padding gives a nice shape and coverage, and the fabric has that smooth, premium feel that doesn’t irritate my skin. I love how it stays in place during lifts, HIIT, and dynamic movements without digging in at the shoulders or under the band.
