What Is Nike's Return Policy?

You can return or exchange most Nike items within 30 days of an online order delivery or Nike store purchase. Here's what you need to know:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and still have their product tags attached.
  • Some exceptions apply.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Custom Nike By You sneakers and custom Jersey By You football shirts cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Nike x LEGO® brick sets must be sealed and unopened to return them.
  • As stated on your receipt, Nike Clearance store purchases are final—items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or faulty or if they were purchased in Israel or Spain (please note that returns policy timeframes may vary by store location).
  • Returns are free for Nike Members.

Please note, if you purchased Nike items at another retailer, you'll need to return the purchase to that retailer.

Returning your Nike store purchase is easy. Take your items that are unworn and unwashed and still have their product tags attached back to the original purchase location with your proof of purchase (some exceptions apply). We stand behind our shoes and gear. That's why you can return defective or faulty products with a valid proof of purchase within two years of the online or in-store purchase date.

If you have a potentially defective or faulty item, and it's within 30 days of your purchase, the items are eligible for the standard return option that works best for you. After 30 days, you'll need to contact us to start the returns process.

In addition, some Nike products have specific written guarantees and/or warranties—please check the label, hang tag or warranty card for details and return information.

If you have a potentially defective or flawed Hyperice item, please contact Hyperice directly (even if it's within 30 days of purchase) and refer to the Hyperice warranty information for additional details.

If you have a Nike X LEGO brick set with missing or damaged parts, you can request replacement pieces directly from the LEGO website.
