WHAT IS NIKE'S RETURNS POLICY?
TEMPORARY RETURN EXTENSION
We've temporarily extended our standard 30-day returns period. All Nike purchases made after 14 February 2020 have an extended 60-day returns policy (some exceptions apply).
We design our shoes and gear to help you perform at peak level, so if they're not working exactly right for you, we've got you covered. When you shop on Nike.com, we provide you 30 days to take your Nike.com purchases for a trial run, confidently knowing you can return any item (some exceptions apply) for any reason within those 30 days. That also includes custom Nike By You sneakers. Even after 30 days, you can still return items if they're unworn and unwashed. And remember, returns are always free for Nike members.

When you shop in Nike stores, you'll also have 30 days to return your purchase for any reason. Please note that your items must be unworn and unwashed to be able to return them.
How do I return a Nike.com order?
If you're a Nike member, you can enjoy free returns by signing in to your member profile and starting a return from your Orders page. How do I return items purchased at a Nike store?
If you haven't worn or washed your items, the easiest way to return your store purchase is to take it back to the same store you purchased it from. If you are unable to return the items at the same store, please contact us to discuss your options. Please note, items purchased at a Nike Clearance Store cannot be returned.

What about defective or faulty items?
We stand behind all of our shoes and gear. If your item is defective or faulty and it's been less than 30 days since your purchase, simply choose one of the options above to return the item. If it's been more than 30 days since your purchase, please contact us to return the item. Defective or faulty products can be returned with a valid proof of purchase within two years of the order delivery or store purchase date. Some Nike products have specific written guarantees and/or warranties. Please refer to the product label, tag or warranty card for specific returns guidelines.
