As someone who goes to the gym, I ordered an XL. The fit across the shoulders and upper body was great, and the sleeve length was spot on. However, the waist was way too wide—about three times my actual size—so it ended up hanging like a dress on me (I'm 5'7"). I’ll give a size L a try instead.
