Really durable warm and good looking I’m in love with them

Visually appealing. As someone in upper Midwest, the rubber soles can be deceiving. They do not provide much, if any, traction on ice. Ballistic tongue is a nice feature, as well as the unique lacing system with double eye slots. I wouldn’t recommend as a work shoe, but will be good for daily wear when the temperature drops. A near-perfect USA midwest stylish winter boot with plenty of features and comfortable too. The boot runs large; size down 1/2 size to fit properly. The design is solid and near indestructible, heavy with a thick rubber outsole featuring deep lugs/tread (perfect for snow & ice). The supple, water-proof leather upper - featuring two types of leather & mixed textile - begs to soak up waterproofing oil (once broken in well) and looks great, even used. The unique lacing system does not allow the boot to be tightened as easily as some other boots; however, it looks cool and the tongue guard & full gusset keep debris, dirt, snow & cold out. While not insulated, the heavy construction keeps my feet mostly warm and always dry. Great with Nike!
