100% recommended
My favorite spike so far out of the three models I've experienced. The fit is good, but not good for wide footed people. It is highly responsive and sends a lot of energy return, you will feel like you're flying. If you're new to sprinting, definitely go with rivals or a stiff plate spike before going with these. I also recommend using maxflys for high intensity workouts, blocks and saving them for race days.

Not Durable Enough for Elite Runners
My son loves these shoes, but unfortunately, one of the air cushions on the bottom of the shoe burst during his second meet of the season. And now they are sold out everywhere in every color! Ugh. He's a highly ranked runner in his state and we have 16 more meets to go with defective shoes (or changing shoes). Definitely not happy.

Giving them 2 stars because they were awesome while they lasted (every race was a PB), but the durability is lacking.

I know shoes do not do the work for you.

Great shoes
I bought them for my granddaughter and she says they’re great. This is her senior year and she’s been running since 7th grade. She says these are the best and most comfortable shoes she’s ever worn

Like the feel and fit to it. Super lightweight, but I loved the colors it offered but would have loved some more color options

This is one of the best spikes ever. I went from a 12.94, the year before, to a 12.26. You can feel the speed difference when putting the spikes on for the first time because of the addition energy return.
