I don’t think this one’s for me. I have the Alphafly 3 and it’s been great. This pair, though… I’m not too convinced. I’ve been feeling some aches in my legs and feet here and there.
Ended up returning the shoes.

These are my first pair of race day shoes with a carbon fiber plate in them and I think they're great, but I do think if they added one or two of those air pouches in the sole it would help a lot with cushion/bounce.
