Oversized fleece jacket. Did what it meant to do but this jacket doesnt retains heat. Im so cold even with jacket on. Even with another shirt inside. The hand-sleeve opening is too loose. It doesnt grab onto the wrist. Tried asking customer service, kept on saying my returns will get rejected. The thing is i dont want to return, in fact, for them to acknowledge this problem and see what they can do to make this product better.
