Great all rounder, I use them for my step classes ,weight training and they are good looking enough to wear casually with a pair of shorts .Cool and comfortable plus I was them in the washing machine and they come out like brand new SO HAPPY I have 6 other pairs 😀

The pair I order are discoloured already (like dirty). The bottom of the shoe is hard plastic and the cushion between the bottom and sole looks to be styrofoam. The shoe fit is also very narrow at the toes unlike most Nike's I've had. Overall not happy with the whole shoe and will be returning
