Garbage insoles

Been searching for purple sneakers for a while and finally got these. When purchasing Kobe’s I kind of expected better. I haven’t worn them yet because I’m unsure if I’m keeping them. The insoles have zero cushion like they assume you’re going to spend more money and buy new ones or in this case have to buy new ones because what they put in them is garbage.

I purchased these for my grandson. He loves them. Not to tight. Runs tru to size. No break end time needed.

Poor Quality - Kobe 9 Low Stitch

This is the poorest quality product I have ever received from Nike. There are numerous glue stains, and the knit upper is overly loose and lacks proper structure.
This is the first time I have been disappointed with Nike shoes that I ordered. Unfortunately, I am unable to return the item because my son would be very upset if I did.
I hope you can review this concern and advise on possible solutions.
