Tight Toe Box
Toes felt too cramped up. Very aesthetic. Great material but I believe it’s for narrow feet.

I’m really surprised by these, so comfy to walk and so great during my HIIT workouts and strength work sessions. I’m completely sold and will recommend to everyone.

Great, but sizing too big
Great for Cross Fit, however they come up a bit large for me. I wish I’d ordered the 5.5 or maybe 5 rather than 6.

Live up to the hype
Metcons as one of the best shoes for working out, and for good reason. The free Metcon 7 definitely lived up to the height. my favorite thing about these shoes is that they provide a good stable base, while still valuing comfort and being lightweight. The description says they are for lifting and dynamic workouts, and I have found that to be true. Obviously, these aren’t an issue for heavy running…
