I’m 55 and when I run too many miles my knees ache. But with these new Alphafly 3s I feel like I can run much more without my legs feeling beat up. It’s a great shoe overall, especially in terms of performance. However, the craftsmanship doesn’t seem as solid as before — there are visible glue marks around the front, and the side soles don’t feel as durable or well-finished. That said, it still performs exceptionally well.
