Absolutely amazing!
A well deserved 5 out of 5 stars for the Alphafly 3. They perform incredibly well for different types of runs on a multitude of surfaces and terrain. The best fitting shoes I have ever worn allowing for comfort mile after mile. Thanks to the team for designing and developing such a phenomenal shoe!

Questionable durability
Great shoe, but after 100 miles, I have lost part of the bottom of the shoe. Not sure I can run in it anymore.

Poor quality
Last less than 3 months. Returned to Nike and claimed normal wear and tear. Unfortunate, for the expense of these shoes, the soles deteriorated faster than any running shoes I’ve ever purchased. Buyer beware. I rarely ran in these shoes, and used them mostly for walking 1 mile to and from the gym.

Honest opinion
These shoes are awesome to run with! Has a Bouncy feel, the upper is comfortable, good energy return, and very light. Would not recommend those who are new to running because it can wear off quickly when you run with them too much. Use the peg 41 if your new to running.

It’s also not a daily running shoes, so I recommend running with them 1 or 2 times a week, because they can wore off when…

Awesome Running Shoes for Long Runs
Awesome Running Shoes; very comfortable compared to the Nike Vaporfly 3.
However, there are noisy squeaky shoes; felt like a toddler wearing baby squeaky shoes on Day 1.

Vaporfly 3 are very light but the foam X on the heel side is not durable; it gets badly beaten up after a year of use. That’s the reason why I switched to Alphafly 3; hopefully these shoes last longer as they are more expensive.

Game changer
Returned to running after a 40 year break. Six months in I decided to run a marathon on five days notice. I got these because they are supposed to reduce fatigue and make recovery faster. I ran sub-4 at age 57 with six months of training and a five day taper. The next day I had no problems running six miles. Nineteen days later I ran a half in these and set a post-high school PB in the mile, 2 mile, 5K, 5 mile, 10K, 15K, 10 mile and half. In these shoes, I run like a different person.

Good quality n superfast delivery.. superb energy return, smooth transition and comfortable enough.. I have all other supershoes brand ranging from european and chinese brand. This is the best among than. Better than AF 1 that i have.. recommended to break PB
