Love everything about these shoes. Light and fast but still very stable. I went up a half size because I have wider feet and they have plenty of room in the toe box. I used to race in Vaporflys (2.0 and 3.0) and the Alphafly is noticeably more stable in comparison but doesn’t feel any slower.

I bought these to knock a few seconds off my parkrun but I am really impressed by the cushioning and the comfort. I will be 70 next year and will take anything that may keep me running a little longer.
