Nike for the win PER MY CHILD.
SO COMFORTABLE! That was my sons review of these shoes, and as he gets older, its the ONLY thing he cares about. I've bought "all the brands" as the pressure mounts for kids (he 12 almost 13) and many have been a waste of money due to comfort, and many have gotten wear and tear in 6 months that should not happen. The elastic ‘shoestrings’ break very easily even though they are designed to be a visual thing only

Comfy white shoes
My son wanted all white Nikes. Hard to find! He got the white Novas and liked them immediately. They do have some gray contrast on the mesh, but still looks very nice.

I was surprised
This shoe is really comfortable. It has a level of cushion in the heal that I wasn't expecting. Extremely comfortable.

shoelaces
Poor quality, the strip where the shoelaces are attached comes off... they all come undone.
