Three sacks. Perfect for indoor/outdoor climbing. The large sack holds my shoes, the medium holds snacks and drinks container, and the small holds my climbing chalk; which attaches to my pants. The two then fit into the large one for the run home after. Highly recommend. Particularly like the breathability for the shoes.
