Do Nike shoes have a warranty?

We stand behind our shoes and gear because we want you to stay in the game—or get back to it quickly. If your Nike shoes or gear develop a material or workmanship fault within two years of the manufacture date on your item's tag, we can help. Find your purchase type below to see your options.

Nike Stores

Take your items to a Nike store near you to return your items. Purchases have a warranty period of six months from the purchase date or two years from the manufacturing date found on product and price tags.

If you're unable to visit in person, please contact the store to discuss your options.

Nike-authorised stores

You'll need to return your Nike items to the store where you made your purchase. If you're unable to return your items at the store or were directed back to Nike, you may be able to file a claim with us. Your purchase is eligible for up to 12 months from the purchase date.

Additionally, you will need a valid invoice or receipt that clearly shows the purchase date, place of purchase and purchase amount. If your Nike items meet these criteria, contact us to file a claim for your purchase.
