How do I return my Nike order?

You can return unworn and unwashed Nike.com and Nike App orders within 30 days.* Simply follow the steps below to return your order.

And remember, we'll cover the return delivery fees for Nike Members (guest orders will have a return fee subtracted from the refund).

1. Sign in to your Nike Member profile and go to your order history. Select "View or Manage" for the order you're returning, then select "Start Return". If you purchased as a guest, you'll need to access your order using your order number and email address.

2. Choose the items to return, provide the return reason from the drop-down menu and select "Continue".

3. Choose your return method, confirm your address and submit your return:

  • Collection: You can schedule a date to have your return picked up by Ninja Van. You'll need to provide the location of the collection as well as your phone number and email address.
  • Drop-off: We'll provide a delivery label that you can use to drop off your return at a SingPost POPStation or an eligible Ninja Point.

4. Pack your return for delivery. Be sure to seal the package and remove or cover any previous delivery labels and barcodes to avoid delivery delays.

5. Send your items back according to the return method you chose:

  • Collection: Write your tracking number (from your delivery label) on the package. Hand your return to the driver on the appointed day and location. Unattended returns won't be collected—someone must be present to hand over the return.
  • Drop-off: Take your return to your preferred drop-off location. For POPStation, print your ezyReturn Label at the POPStation and drop off your return. For Ninja Point, provide the tracking number from your delivery label to the shop attendant and drop off your return.

Where should I drop off my return?

You can choose to drop off your return with SingPost or Ninja Van:

  • SingPost: You can take your return to any SingPost POPStation. If you have any issues scanning your label at a drop-off locker, please take your return to the nearest post office.
  • Ninja Van: Take your return to any Ninja Point that accepts return parcels. If your return package is larger than 5kg or 80cm (length + width + height), make sure you drop it at a parcel shop instead of a drop-off locker point.
What should I do if my return is denied?

If your return is denied because the drop-off location is at full capacity, or it's denied due to size or weight, please contact us for assistance.

Can I track my return?

You can use the tracking number on your label to track your return.

Can I reschedule my return pick-up?

Don't worry if you missed your scheduled pick-up—the return courier will attempt collection again on the next available business day. If you need assistance, you can contact us for help.

I changed my mind and I want to return a different way—what's next?

Can I exchange my Nike order?

The best way to exchange your order is to simply place a new order for the item you want and return the item you already have.

Can I return my Nike By You shoes?

Yes, Nike By You shoes are included in our returns policy. You'll just need to start your return above.

What if I have multiple boxes to return?

You can package your return in multiple packages if needed, but make sure that you create a separate return for each box. This helps us process your return faster.

Why do I need to confirm my address when I submit my return online?

When we receive your return, we'll inspect it to make sure the item(s) meet our returns policy. Items that don't meet our returns criteria may be returned to you—in this case, we'll email you to let you know why your return isn't eligible.

Please note, after three unsuccessful delivery attempts, rejected returns will be disposed of. Once disposed of, items are irretrievable.
