Nike Phantom 6 Low Elite

I own several pairs of Phantoms and these are for sure the best! Typically, I size up half a size for soccer cleats but I got these true to size and I’m glad I did. They fit me perfect and aren’t too snug. That said, I have narrow feet so a wider foot might need to size up. On foot, they are super light and almost feel like there’s nothing there. They are also very comfortable throughout a full game on artificial grass. The design is superb. The gripknit material feels super premium and there are so many little details that show that the designers put a lot of thought and effort into making these the best you can buy. There is a reason you see so many pros wearing this specific pair. The colors are my favorite of any boots that I’ve ever owned. The vibrant Bright Crimson pairs super well with the Royal Tint which is almost like a pale blue or periwinkle color. I’ve played a couple games in them so far and I don’t think there is anything I would change. If you had to invest in a pair of boots that are going to last a long time and still look good, you can’t get any better than the Phantom 6 Elite!

I think these cleats are best suited for defenders. The studs really allow you to dig-in and stop on a dime. Additionally, sometimes you can be standing for a while waiting on the play, so I really enjoy that the insoles provide decent cushioning. The colorway is spectacular and look really good in my team’s color. Durability is another major plus. As a defender I’m constantly getting stepped on and the toe box area on these cleats provides material that withstands tearing.

These Phantoms have standout visual design that depending on your color choice will allow you to be as flashy as you’d like. Its backward swoosh stands out opposite to the smaller one with the pop of color. There is the mostly black color way if that isn’t your thing but any color way is great. These Phantoms offer the Gripknit texture which is the top of the line material made to improve your game. The texture really gives you that feeling of being lightweight but still efficient during the match. This premium material has a slightly waxy feeling combined with that ribbed texture. All of that helps you keep the ball glued to your feet as you run along the field or when receiving the ball. On the interior side of it is a slight harder triangular bit of flyknit in a different color that’s a little bit harder(and different color) that could be described as the “sweet spot” to hit the ball with. The feel on your foot is also very comfortable from the material as it is flexible and tight enough to feel secure as you play. It has a very comfortable snug fit, although maybe if you have wider feet go half a size bigger. The AG-Pro soleplate allows you to play with confidence when it gives you a good amount of stability and grip on artificial grass. You will definitely feel nimble enough to be able to make sharp turns to make your runs or when doing skills to throw off your opponent. The one negative aspect on this, non performance wise is that big swoosh. Visually it looks great but since it has a raised texture feeling it could be slightly dangerous. It won’t do anything to you but to your opponents it could be one big scrape since it does feel rough as your running along them fighting for the ball. Overall these Phantoms are light weight, flexible, secure, and control oriented shoes that will definitely help you improve your game.
