Are these what Nike used to call Cortez’s? Because they look almost the same as the Cortez’s I grew up with! My daughter loves these shoes and part of the reason why is because she doesn’t have to tie them. She also likes how they look. She said they are very comfortable and fit perfectly but can feel a little bit tight due to the elastic (since there are no laces). The fabric is also not stretchy so that probably contributes to the tightness as well. I love the retro look to them.

Love the retro design of the Pacific shoe. Very light weight and easy to get on and off. These are a great option for an everyday shoe. Also they are extremely comfortable.

Overall: Classic silhouette, premium materials and an oh so comfy fit. Easy to get on for little ones. This is a no brainer. Comfort: My kid loves it. Very easy to put on. Says the shoe is so comfortable and light, that it doesn’t feel like he has anything on. Grip: He loves the sole and finds them grippy and flexible. Durability: Not sure how lighter colors work but so far, the darker color has held up to a good week of abuse.
